Shepherds Cottage sleeps up to 10 people and is perfect for family/friends reunions. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy. The cottage has 4 communal areas - Lounge with log burner and sea views, formal dining area, a spacious conservatory with further dining area and a farmhouse kitchen. There are 4 large bedrooms all ensuite. In the garden there is an indoor bbq hut and a fully kitted out games room with snooker table, pool table, table tennis and many board games.
The Bothy is a cosy cottage for 4 in the grounds of Shepherds Cottage. The Bothy has its own secluded garden area with BBQ and boat seat with views towards Seahouses and The Cheviots
Shepherds Lodge is in the grounds of Shepherds Cottage grounds and sleeps 6. The lodge has its own private garden and patio area with fantastic views across the coast from the living area and all the bedrooms it is a perfect place to enjoy what Northumberland has to offer
These 3 properties can be rented separately or all together for a party of up to 20 people
Benthall House is situated on the seafront on Harbour Road and you can sit and enjoy the sea views from the lounge balcony. Benthall is only a minutes walk from Beadnell Bay and the rock pooling beach is directly opposite the house. Sleeping 8 people it is perfect for larger groups.

The Sand Martin is located in the centre of Beadnell Village in a quiet cul-de-sac. The bungalow is a 2 bedroomed bungalow with an enclosed patio garden to the rear of the house. A 5 minute walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beach of Beadnell Bay and the pubs, cafe and village shop. The bungalow is link detached and has a large garage for storage of bikes and watersports gear. There is a driveway for parking and plenty of room on the road for further parking.
