The Cast and Director

28 Years Later is directed by Danny Boyle and written by Alex Garland, both returning to the franchise they launched with 28 Days Later. This third installment introduces a new ensemble cast, including Jodie Comer as Isla, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Jamie, and Ralph Fiennes as Dr. Kelson. They are joined by Jack O'Connell, Erin Kellyman, and Edvin Ryding, portraying survivors navigating a world reshaped by the Rage Virus. The film is set to release on June 20, 2025, and marks the beginning of a new trilogy, with a sequel, 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, already in development.
