Tiptoe Farm offers a unique fishing and family holiday destination. Tiptoe Farm was voted Most Beautiful Farm in 2006. There are two self-catered properties on site.

Orchard Cottage (sleeps 5) is situated a peaceful apple orchard garden overlooking the private stretch of the River Till and stunning Cheviot and Eildon Hills, nearby to border towns, beaches, castles, gardens, and many attractions for all the family.

Border View (sleeps 4) is a newly renovated, pet friendly cottage at Tiptoe Farm on the River Till. Modern bright cottage with original fireplace and restored features. Perfect base for fishermen and families wanting to discover Northumberland.

Bamburgh Beach, which is only half an hour's drive from Tiptoe is declared as Britain's Best Picnic Spots by VisitEngland.

The River Till which is a short walk from the cottages boasts one mile of salmon, private sea trout, grayling and brown trout. The water is varied with some streamy and flat water with some good wading pools. A fishing guide, who knows the river well, can be booked in advance at reasonable rates to help you get familiar with the river Till. There is excellent walking and abundant wildlife on the farm including red squirrels, badgers, deer and many species of birds. An all weather tennis court is available.

Tiptoe Farm is a working farm. The historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed is only a 15 minute drive away with some excellent beaches nearby. Holy Island, the Scottish Border towns, castles and the Alnwick Garden are all within a 30 minute drive. The Orchard Cottage is fully equipped to VisitEngland 4 Star Gold, and serves as a very comfortable, relaxing and beautiful retreat.
