The Old Bakehouse is spacious and comfortable with many original features, including the old kitchen range and beautiful open fireplaces. With 5 individually decorated bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, it easily accommodates groups of up to 12 people, with 8 people in separate beds. Relax in one of many reception rooms, warm in front of a real fire, or cook up a feast in the well-appointed kitchen.

After a day exploring, unwind on the balcony with views of Norham Castle, have fun in the enclosed garden, or play table tennis in the conservatory. In the evening, enjoy a pint of local ale in your very own ‘pub’.

Norham is the ideal base to explore the famous River Tweed, the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, the Scottish Borders and the beautiful Northumberland coast.

The front door opens to a large hall and beautiful staircase. Two large sitting rooms have bay windows and open log fires ('fires open Oct-March, logs provided). Wi-Fi is provided throughout. A Smart TV, stereo, and many games are also available to enjoy, during your stay.

The kitchen has a large cooker, larder fridge and dishwasher. It is well equipped with everything you need for celebratory meals, or a family barbeque. The separate dining room seats 12 people.

The utility has a washing machine, a fridge and freezer, downstairs toilet and space for fishing/walking gear.

Upstairs, the spacious hall leads to the bedrooms, bathrooms and balcony.

Outside, parts of the old village bakery now form the ‘Pub’ room with bar, beer pump and dart board. Local award-winning cask ale is available from Cheviot Brewery. Beyond, is the large lawned garden, conservatory, stone barbecue and plenty of space for outdoor dining.

2 well-behaved dogs welcome.
