Northumberland County Show returns to the Bywell Show Field on Saturday 29 May 2027, a great day out for all the family in the heart of the Tyne Valley.
With roots going back to the early 1800s, the show is one of the highlights of the county’s year, drawing more than 20,000 visitors for a day celebrating farming, food and rural life.
What’s on
- Cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and alpacas, plus the rabbit and guinea pig marquee
- Show jumping, working hunters and heavy horses
- Main arena displays, a vintage tractor parade and a fun dog show
- The free Farm Discovery Area, extended for 2027
- Live music, a food marquee, the Tea Tent and over 300 trade stands
Parking is free, with a dedicated area for Blue Badge holders. Discounted tickets are available for carers and essential companions.
