The National Trust and Cadbury team up to offer North East families a fun Easter weekend

It’s almost that time of the year again when the National Trust teams up with Cadbury to offer families the ultimate day out with their ever-popular Cadbury Egg Hunts. Some Cadbury Egg Hunts will be running for an extended period over the Easter holidays, please visit for more details.

This year, the Cadbury Egg Hunt will be inviting families to join in the fun through muddy woodlands, around mystical lakes, along nature trails and through spring gardens blooming with life.

Last year over 306 thousand people took part in a Cadbury Egg Hunt at National Trust locations. This year Cadbury are teaming up with the Trust once again to deliver 396,885 chocolate bunnies to special National Trust places – that’s around 21 tonnes of chocolate goodies.

What’s more, every time you head out on a Cadbury Egg Hunt, you’ll be supporting vital conservation work at natural and historic places and helping the Trust protect them for everyone to enjoy.
