Tickets are now on sale for Rigg & Furrow's annual beer festival From The Land. A two-day celebration of beer held at farmhouse brewery Rigg & Furrow, in the heart of the Northumbrian countryside. They're excited to welcome some of the UK’s finest fermentationists and brewers to the farm this May Bank Holiday Weekend.
They've invited breweries that celebrate the land and a combination of agriculture and industry that inspire and inform the brewing process at Rigg & Furrow. Joining them on the farm will be: Fyne Ales, Origins Brewing, Farmyard Brew Co, Burning Sky, Nothing Bound Brewing Co, Woodshedding Brewery, Artefact Brewing & Ampersand Brew Co. And of course Rigg & Furrow.
Alongside nine breweries they’ve also got an incredible cider producer; Nightingale joining us and exciting natural wine provided by House, cocktails from Ad Gefrin and Belgian Beer specialists: Lanterne Rouge. And alchool free beer from Below Brew Co.
As well as amazing beer there will be four food vendors each day, so plenty of delicious food to choose from. Across the weekend there will be DJs and entertainment for all ages. Plus guided tastings & talks
from several of the breweries, offering a chance for attendees to learn more about the brewery & try some
of their rarer beers. From The Land is held in The End Hemmel, Rigg & Furrow’s event space. It’s a truly unique fesitval; you can enjoy some of the best beer whilst overlooking the beautiful Northumbrian countryside and watching their herd of cows graze.
There are three sessions happening over the two days: Saturday Afternoon & Evening and a Sunday Session.
Tickets start from £10. And for those of you wanting to come from further afield? There’s a bus running on Sunday 3 May from The Free Trade Inn in Newcastle to the festival and back.
