Granary Cottage (sleeps 4)
Converted from a traditional granary in 2021, Granary Cottage is an award-winning 5-star holiday retreat offering luxury, comfort, and character in equal measure.
This beautifully finished cottage features two elegant en-suite bedrooms, one with a super-king bed and the other with a king-size bed, both designed for deep rest and indulgent comfort.
The cosy lounge is a welcoming space to unwind, complete with a smart TV, a log-burning stove, and a calming outlook over the courtyard — perfect for relaxed evenings in.
At the heart of the cottage is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, showcasing exposed oak frames, a traditional range cooker, and all the modern gadgets needed for effortless self-catering.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private gravel courtyard with seating — an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or peaceful stargazing under clear skies.

Linn Cottages (sleeps 4)
Linn Cottage is a newly converted holiday cottage on a working farm, perfectly located in the heart of Bellingham, just steps away from the stunning Hareshaw Linn waterfall walk. It is the sister property to Granary Cottage and, like its counterpart, is a five-star retreat.
The cottage sleeps four guests in two beautifully appointed bedrooms, featuring one 6ft bed and one 5ft bed. There is a stylish bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, designed for comfort and relaxation.
Downstairs, guests can unwind in the cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, enjoy meals or morning coffee in the large conservatory overlooking the garden and patio, or cook with ease in the bright, modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the latest gadgets.
There is private parking for both cottages, and lockable cycle store. Both cottages are available to book via Sykes holiday cottage or Northumberland Coast and Country cottage. They can be booked individually or both together.
