Granary Cottage (sleeps 4)
Overlooking the site of the lost Bellingham Castle lies the ideal romantic retreat for two. Boasting a chic décor with exquisite finishing touches and ample off-road parking.
Granary Cottage is a two bedroomed cottage (both rooms having ensuites) full of character with its original wooden beams, exposed stone walls and woodburning stove. In November 2025, the property was awarded a Sykes Gem Awards 2025, Gold winner for Best in North East England. It has also been awarded 5 stars from Sykes.
- 2 ensuite large bedrooms (1 room has 6 ft bed and the other 5ft bed which are both zip and link so can be made into 4 singles). 1 ensuite has a bath and shower and the other a shower.
- Lounge – cosy, with sofas, smart TV, games and log burning stove.
- Laundry room – with washer and dryer, ideal room for drying walking boots.

Linn Cottages (sleeps 4)
Newly renovated in December 2025, and well-suited to couples or families, this traditional and comfortable home makes a relaxed base for slowing the pace and exploring the wide open spaces of Northumberland National Park.

- 1 bathroom with large walk in rain head shower.
- Lounge – cosy, with sofas, smart TV, games and log burning stove.
- Conservatory overlooking the front lawns and gardens and patio sitting area.
- Large kitchen with all appliances.
