Craster Rocks - sleeps up to 6 guests – perfect for families and groups of friends
Craster Rocks enjoys a very special location, situated within the National Trust owned farmland that surrounds Dunstanburgh Castle. On the edge of Craster village it has uninterrupted views towards the harbour and directly out to sea. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the harbour as well as the famous Jolly Fisherman pub and Robson's kipper smokery. Walk the other way and the coastal footpath takes you to Dunstanburgh Castle itself and then down onto Embleton Bay with miles of quiet golden beach before you.
The living room has huge floor to ceiling windows meaning you do not need to miss a sunrise, a pod of dolphins or the local fishing boats. The master and twin bedrooms also have sea views while the double bedroom has views over the fields behind. If you prefer to be outdoors then the front terrace and rear garden are perfectly positioned.
Large comfy sofas, a log-burning stove and a roll top bath give you everything you need to relax in style. No wonder Craster Rocks was included in the Sunday Times’ 100 Coolest Cottages list 2010.
There is private off street parking immediately outside the cottage plus cycle parking at the rear.
Sorry, no pets.
Next door is Craster Waves – the cottages can be combined to sleep up to 10 people.
