Friday 1 January 2027 | 11am | The Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre, NE47 7AN
Start the new year with a guided walk along one of the most dramatic stretches of Hadrian's Wall, led by Northumberland National Park.
This 5-mile circular walk follows the top of the Wall, with views north and south, past milecastles to the famous Sycamore Gap, where the much-loved tree stood until 2023, and looks down over Crag Lough. The return follows the low-level path to the north, with views back to the cliffs that give the lough its name.
