Chose from one of the 7 en-suite bedrooms; a mixture of 2 smaller double rooms, 3 large double rooms and 2 twin rooms. There is also secure storage for your bikes.

The Barrasford Arms is a unique county pub based in the heart of Northumberland with beautiful walks from the pub to the North Tyne river. Find different walking maps based in your room to take with you and explore. Based just 5 miles from Hadrian's Wall there are lots of historical places to visit. We are also only around 30-40 minutes from Kielder Water and observatory - hosting some of the best dark skies in the country, or only 5 minutes from us is Battlesteads Observatory. Not far from us are many National Trust sites, including Wallington Hall and Cragside. Whether it is walking, fishing, cycling or simply a base for exploring the many local heritage and National Trust sites nearby, the Barrasford Arms is the perfect spot.

Sit with a crisp glass of wine from Corney & Barrow over-looking the private Haughton Castle, or a local ale by our roaring log fire in winter, whilst sampling our award-winning gastropub food by Chef and owner Michael. Find traditional pub comforts executed to the top quality in the AA Rosette restaurant.
