Bonfire Night Northumberland 2026
Alnwick Fireworks will take place at a new venue this year on Saturday 7th November. The new home is Alnwick Town Juniors Football Club, which is organised by the Alnwick Round Table each year. Gates usually open at 6.30pm with fireworks due to the light up the sky at around 7.30pm. You can normally buy your tickets on the gate. This is always a night to remember with hot takeaway food stalls providing refreshments for the whole family.
Visiting with the kids for October half term in Northumberland? Several displays land right around the school break, making a fireworks night an easy way to round it off.
Blyth Fireworks took place on Saturday 31st October from 4pm, with the fireworks display starting at 7pm. The event was located on the beach at Mermaid Car Park and included their fantastic annual display, along with food traders and a funfair.
Newbiggin by the Sea Fireworks will take place on Saturday 7th November with their annual celebrations which include firework displays, hot food and drinks from local food vendors and entertainment for all.
Morpeth fireworks returned to Morpeth Rugby Club on Sunday 1st November, with the gates opening at 5pm and the bonfire lit at 6pm. Please keep an eye on their website for future events, including their 2027 display.
