Gin has a history far more colourful than its reputation might suggest.

Join us for a journey through the story of this remarkable spirit, from the malty Dutch origins of Genever and the notorious Gin Craze to the rise of London Dry and the extraordinary variety of gins we enjoy today.

Guided by one of our in-house experts, you'll discover how botanicals shape aroma and flavour, how different production methods influence what's in your glass, and how gin evolved to become one of the world's most versatile spirits.

The story continues through the tasting itself. You'll sample three different spirits from across the wider gin family, comparing their flavours, styles and methods while discovering the connections between them.

You don't need to know anything about gin before you arrive. Come curious, ask questions and discover the styles and flavours that you enjoy.
