Welcome to The Treehouse at Woodland Chase where you truly can relax for a few days of delicious indulgence along with a healthy dose of nature's restorative power.
Stroll up the short mossy path, climb the spiral staircase and pass the sunken wood-fired hot tub to reach your home away from home.
The treehouse has been built sympathetically with the surrounding nature so that even once you're inside, the flora and fauna aren't far away.
Thoughtful touches are evident and plentiful. Underfloor heating, velvet chesterfield sofa, William Morris rug and a Bose speaker exude an air of luxury, whilst wooden features add a rustic feel.
Breakfast is as simple as raiding the welcome hamper for local produce and whipping up bacon and egg on the induction hob. You can eat around the breakfast bar or out on the deck, where adirondack recliners have been cleverly made from old whiskey barrels.
The spectacle in the bedroom is the handcrafted wooden bed which is encased in 540 count Egyptian cotton sheets adorned with blankets and cushions. On a morning, simply press a button to open the electric Velux blind and wake up slowly below the woodland canopy.
The White Company toiletries and Christy towels and bathrobes complete a tastefully decorated bathroom with large walk-in shower and Moroccan tiling.
The picturesque view from the decking stretches across the farmland, watch the sunset or stargaze using the binoculars provided. No matter what the weather, the wood fired hot tub can be enjoyed with a glass of fizz (complimentary).
Underneath the treehouse you'll find a firepit (marshmallows provided, of course) and a swinging chair to stop and lounge on.
Access is along a wood chip path up to a wooden spiral staircase.
