The Northumbrian - The Ultimate Marathon

 

Take part in the ultimate endurance test, The Northumbrian* marathon. A challenging combination of swimming, running and cycling around the rugged terrain of Kielder Water and Forest, covering just over 70 miles of Northumberland’s vast landscape.

Events of the North running activities and events in Northumberland take you along some of the most spectacular coastal stretches, as well as through beautiful rural countryside landscapes and wild woodland, including through Kielder forest and around its vast man-made lake.
