Yule Embroidery Workshop at Ad Gefrin

Gather with friends this Yule for a creative workshop inspired by the plants, animals and birds embroidered along the borders of the Bayeux Tapestry.

Guided by Wendy and Stuart Findlay of the Acle Early Medieval Reenactment Society, you’ll explore traditional stitches and create your own Bayeux-inspired sampler to take home. The relaxed three-hour session welcomes complete beginners and experienced stitchers alike, with friendly tuition throughout.

All materials are provided, and your ticket includes tea or coffee and shortbread to enjoy as you stitch.
