The Granary Gallery

The Granary Gallery is part of The Maltings’ year-round arts and culture programme across Berwick. The gallery presents a changing programme of exhibitions throughout the year, with a focus on modern British art and artists inspired by Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

Housed in an old granary from 1769 which is situated inside of Berwick’s Elizabethan Quay Walls, the gallery presents exhibitions throughout the year. Previous exhibitions have included Scottish Colourists from The Fleming Collection, Turner: Northern Exposure, The Glasgow Boys & Girls and L.S. Lowry in Berwick & Northumberland, bringing nationally significant work to local audiences alongside contemporary perspectives.
