Whisky can sometimes seem intimidating, but it really doesn't need to be.

Join us for a relaxed and engaging introduction to whisky, exploring how grain, fermentation, distillation, oak and time come together to create an extraordinary range of flavours and styles.

Guided by one of our in-house experts, you'll learn how to taste whisky and begin to recognise the flavours and characteristics in your glass. We'll explore what influences the final spirit, what we really mean when we talk about quality, and bust a few of the myths and supposed 'rules' that have grown up around whisky along the way.

You'll taste three different whisky styles, giving you the opportunity to compare their character and discover what appeals to your own palate.

There are no right answers and no complicated jargon. Just good spirits, good conversation and the chance to discover – and share – what you enjoy.
