Feast of the Wild Game Tasting Dinner

Join us for a unique evening celebrating the rich flavours of locally sourced wild game.

Our five-course menu will showcase the very best of the season, with each dish introduced by Connor, who will share the inspiration and story behind every creation. Nick will guide you through a selection of perfectly paired wines, carefully chosen to complement and enhance the flavours of each dish.

The Gamekeeper will join us to share fascinating insights into the care, conservation and wildlife management that make this dining experience possible.

We’re delighted to welcome back The Heather Trust, who will highlight the important work they do to create a more sustainable and resilient moorland for the benefit of all.

To help raise funds for The Trust, we’ll be holding a silent auction with some fantastic prizes up for grabs!
