Those who have attended Connor’s masterclasses before know you’re in for a real treat. During the demonstration Connor will show you how to prepare and cook the dish, while talking you through the provenance of the produce and ingredients and explaining each cooking technique.
The event starts at 11.30am and includes a two-course lunch. One of the courses will be the dish from the class. The price per person is £55.
