Win a weekend break in one of Little Hideaways' gorgeously tranquil cottages. Explore the Northumberland coast with walks from the door, then come back and get cosy by the log burner. You're a stone's throw from the area's best beaches and the coastal path, so you'll never need to move your car. Traditional smokehouses and fantastic local pubs are close by too, the perfect base to explore all the area has to offer.
Want more time exploring? All of Little Hideaways' cottages are steps from Seahouses harbour, the gateway to the Farne Islands. The cottages are all dog friendly, welcoming 1 or 2 dogs depending on the cottage, and have parking available. You'll be able to select the cottage best suited to you (subject to availability), sleeping up to 4 or 6 guests.

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Visit Northumberland for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Closing date for entry is: Midnight Sunday 4th October 2026.
The winner will be chosen on week commencing: Monday 5th October 2026.
The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries.
Date Restrictions: The stay must be redeemed between October 2026 and 28th February 2027, with some date exclusions applying - Prize not available on 23-30 October 2026; 21 December - 4 January 2027 and 5-15 February 2027.
The prize consists of: A maximum of 3 nights in any of Little Hideaways' three Seahouses cottages. The stay can be a weekend or mid-week break, providing it starts on one of their changeover days, a Friday or Monday. Saturday check-in isn't available. The stay is for 3 nights in one cottage only, and the property listing will confirm whether it accepts 1 or 2 dogs. Little Hideaways will not allow more than the approved number of dogs per property, and you may not exceed the number of guests the cottage is set up for. Little Hideaways' standard T&Cs of rental apply.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The winners will be responsible for their own transport to and around Northumberland.
Additional beverages, meals, snacks and extra facilities are not included in the prize package.

Visit Northumberland reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
