Taste of Northumberland is a scheme designed to champion the county’s food, drink and hospitality businesses that grow, make, or serve products within Northumberland.
With this competition, you could win a luxury, boutique hotel stay and a food tour in Northumberland with two Taste of Northumberland businesses who pride themselves on authenticity, genuine ingredients, artisan skill and locally sourced products.
Enter for the chance to win a one-night stay for two at The Tempus, including dinner at The Orangery, plus a Meet the Makers food tour with Triple A Food Tours.
Your Taste of Northumberland experience can be enjoyed across one or more visits, giving you the flexibility to plan your perfect foodie escape.
Only one entry per person.
Applicants must be 18 years or over.
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Visit Northumberland for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Closing date for entry is: Midnight Sunday 28th March 2027.
The winner will be chosen on week commencing: Monday 29th March 2027.
The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries.
Date Restrictions: The stay at The Tempus can only be used Sunday - Thursday, subject to availability. The Meet the Makers Tour (Northumberland) is subject to date and availability.
The prize consists of: An overnight stay for 2 guests at The Tempus, including dinner (allowance £35 per person), bed and breakfast. Choose from a Tempus Superior room or Lakeside Cabin plus admission for two adults to a Meet the Makers Food Tour "Northumberland" with Triple A Food Tours (please contact Triple A Food Tours about tour availability).
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The winners will be responsible for their own transport to and around Northumberland.
Additional beverages, meals, snacks and extra facilities are not included in the prize package.

Visit Northumberland reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
Employees or agents of Visit Northumberland, The Tempus and Triple A Food Tours are not able to enter.
