The Tipi at The Tempus offers a relaxed and atmospheric way to enjoy spring and summer evenings in the heart of Northumberland. Open every Friday and Saturday, it’s a laid-back outdoor dining space where guests can unwind beneath the canvas, surrounded by warm lighting, great music, and the scent of artisan wood-fired pizzas fresh from the oven.

The menu is designed for easy, sociable dining, paired with a selection of refreshing drinks perfect for longer, lighter evenings. Live music sets the tone each weekend, creating a vibrant but easy-going atmosphere that makes it just as suited to spontaneous visits as it is to planned nights out.

Whether you’re meeting friends, celebrating a special occasion, or simply making the most of the weekend, the Tipi is all about relaxed hospitality and good times in a unique setting. No reservations are required for smaller groups — simply turn up, settle in, and enjoy.

For larger gatherings of six or more, space reservations are available, making it an ideal setting for birthdays, family get-togethers, or group celebrations.

Food served: 4.30pm–7.30pm
Live music: 5.30pm–8.30pm

The Tempus Estate Kitchen provides food at a cost, but entry to the Tipi and live music is free.
