Get ready for a truly magical evening in Wooler!

Beginning with a candle-lit community parade at 5:15pm on Friday 27th November, local residents, school children, choirs, pipers, and businesses will come together to welcome back Ad Gefrin’s incredible 6m-high Yule Straw Goat, and special guest St Nicholas, as it journeys from the High Street to Ad Gefrin.

Once the procession arrives, the celebrations continue with music, food, and drinks — the perfect way to kick off the festive season!

This iconic creation is brought to life by North East designers Orbital FX, local craftsman Albert Fairnington (the man behind Ad Gefrin’s stunning atrium), and a team of amazing community volunteers.
