Situated just outside Ponteland towards the historic village of Belsay, our former coaching inn dates back to the 1700’s. The building is steeped in heritage and has been empathetically restored for your family and friends to enjoy. The Highlander is also available for private hire. With a choice of three spaces available for exclusive hire, there is definitely something to suit your event. These range from corporate events to family gatherings.
For all you on the road travellers, we allow your motorhome in our car park overnight as long as you book a table reservation in the pub, during opening hours (Thursday-Sunday only). Call us to book your motorhome reservation.
