Road directions
From the South Follow A1 north past Alnwick for approximately 10 minutes. The A1 will become dual carriageway, Brownieside Services are on your left, shortly afterwards turn right for Preston Towers across the southbound carriageway. Follow this road until you reach a T junction. Turn left and follow this road for approx 5 miles, through Chathill, Swinhoe and then past Beadnell on the coast road. On entering Seahouses, turn right down Dunston View (opposite Thompsons garage). Just after the Black Swan pub towards the harbour, the road takes a very sharp lefthand bend. Follow the road down the hill, Harbourside is on the left (approx 10 yds). From the North Head south past Berwick turning off the A1 onto the B1342 signposted Bamburgh. Follow the road through Bamburgh, passing the castle on your left and continue along the coast road to Seahouses (approx 3 miles). On entering the village turn left after the car park (on left) and head down towards the harbour. Follow the road to the right, passing the harbour and then the slipway on your left. Approx 100 yards after slipway there is a little beach on the left, Harbourside is on the right.
