Christmas has come early for artisan chocolatier Davenport’s Chocolates, as they celebrate the launch of a brand new chocolate range for Northumberland alcohol producers Lindisfarne Winery Ltd.
They have supplied bespoke truffles to the Holy Island company for several years, but under the new management of Ian Robinson and Chris Walwyn-James, the popular North East brand has created a new set of liqueur truffles based on Lindisfarne’s top sellers – including a Mead truffle, a cream liqueur, and a selection of fruit flavours from damson to peach. The line also boasts brand new bespoke packaging that reflects the slick, innovative concepts behind Davenport’s and the rich heritage of Lindisfarne’s iconic location.
Bridget Hamilton, Sales and Marketing coordinator at Davenport’s, is very excited about the new collaboration: "We don’t do many own-label product collections, but have of course had to make some notable exceptions. This is definitely one of them!
