We are situated on the outskirts of the beautiful historic village of Warkworth, a short walk from the Castle and village centre, which has an interesting selection of tasteful shops including art, gifts, jewellery and soft furnishings, a Post Office, a superb range of eating places, golf course and wonderful beach.

Only seven miles from the centre of Alnwick with its famous castle and garden, it is an ideal base for walking and exploring all the beautiful coast and countryside of Northumberland. Places to visit are Warkworth Castle with the river walk to the ancient and medieval hermitage (English Heritage), Amble Harbour (Puffin Cruises), Alnwick Castle and Garden, The Farne Islands and Holy Island (Lindisfarne), Cragside House and Gardens at Rothbury, Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh Castles, Craster Harbour (famous for kippers!), Howick Gardens and miles of wonderful coastline.
