Newly refurbished detached cottage. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with TV with Freeview, DVD and radio with CD player, open fireplace, fuel provided, although there are storage radiators in every room on the ground floor. a dining room with an original cast iron range and a well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle as well as a full size bath, all linen and towels provided.
There is a large secure garden with patio, table and chairs and barbeque. There is storage for bicycles and courtyard parking. Dogs are welcome.
It is close the Heritage Coastline and the historic town of Morpeth. Only one mile from village pub and shop. Small secluded nature reserve with riverside walks just down the lane.

Through Ulgham, lane signposted Ulgham Grange.
Follow the lane, through the ford up the hill, the cottage is 200yds on right.
Regular trains and buses from Newcastle to Morpeth (5 miles away), then an hourly bus from Morpeth to Ulgham village. Followed by a one mile walk down a country lane.
