The luxurious cottages are set in 15 acres of landscaped gardens on the 360 acre estate, with outstanding views to the south and west. Beacon Hill is a safe place where children can roam without fear...parents can relax!
Many world famous attractions are easily accessible from Beacon Hill:- Hadrian’s Wall World Heritage Site; Durham Cathedral (one of the best buildings in the world); Lindisfarne (Holy Island) and the spectacular Farne Islands.
Also nearby is Cragside - the first house in the world to be lit by electricity; Wallington Hall - famous for architecture and gardens; Alnwick and Bamburgh Castles, location for many films.
Superb quality leisure facilities: 42 foot indoor pool at a constant 31 degrees; sauna and solarium; large gymnasium, equipped with latest aerobic machinery; hard tennis court, 2 acre lake for fly fishing for trout.

Turn left 1 mile north of the start of the A697, north of Morpeth. Take the 1st right and then the 1st left.
Public Transport Directions
From Rail: Morpeth - 4 miles
Drive through Morpeth heading north for the A1. On reaching the A1 heading north, immediately take A697 on the Coldstream road. After 1 mile turn left, signposted Beacon Hill. Follow road to Beacon Hill take second entrance.
