Join us for a truly wonderful evening at the Observatory and start the festive season with a visit the Kielder Observatory to listen to Sir Arnold Wolfendale tell the story of "COSMIC SPACE - A PLACE FOR THE SACRED?
A talk aimed at Christmas with a festive theme. Sir Arnold was the 14th Astronomer Royal and you could join him and ask questions. A fantastic gifted scientist who enjoys talking to the amateur and public alike. You do not want to miss this talk!
Afterwards we will have a carols followed by mulled wine and mince pies! and if clear observe through our telescopes.
