Wansbeck Riverside Park Caravan and Camping Site

The River Wansbeck flows from the very heart of magnificent Northumberland and nestling on its banks you will find the touring caravan and camping site of Wansbeck Riverside. Open all year round, this delightful site has individual hard standing bays for caravans and motor homes with dividing hedges for privacy. There is also a pleasant sheltered area for tents. The site is well lit at night. Fresh water and drainage points are conveniently positioned and electric hook-up are available to many of the caravan bays. The site is located within Wansbeck Riverside Country Park with the opportunity to observe a wide variety of scenery and its wildlife of birds, rabbits, badgers and red squirrels. One of the riverside pathways leads directly to the sea at Sandy Bay.

Its a perfect base for families and couples wishing to explore the spectacular coastline, breathtaking countryside and dramatic castles of Northumberland, or for an over-night stop on the way to or from Scotland.
