Keenley Thorn is a family run bed and breakfast set in the heart of Northumberland with stunning views out of every window. Keenley Thorn was originally a small-holding of around 30 acres although no longer a working farm it still retains all the old character with free range hens wandering around the old courtyard and nothing to be heard except for the wildlife, curlews in the spring and owls hooting during the night in this idyllic location. There is always plenty to do from walking, bike riding to visiting local places of interest such as Hadrian's Wall, the historic town of Hexham, and the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Keenley Thorn is a traditional farmhouse furnished throughout with antiques and full central heating with log fires. We offer a Family Suite: a double bedroom with an attached double room and luxury shower room, ideal for a family stay. This is a non-smoking establishment.
