Old Repeater Station

The 'Old Repeater Station' is well situated for walkers and cyclists being close to the most spectacular section of the Roman Wall which lies between Walltown Crags and Sewingshields Crags and near to Housesteads Roman Fort. There is relatively easy access to Hadrian's Wall via Sewingshields Crags (approx. 1km) and we are close to the new C72 National Cycle Track routes.
We have five bedrooms. Charges range from £20 pp per night for a shared bunk bed room and from £30 pp per night for an en-suite room, including full English or Continental breakfast. Block bookings are catered for, we also provide cafe facilities, packed lunches, lunch & dinner in Licensed restaurant.
Drivers can leave their car here to visit sites along the Wall. The 'Hadrians Wall Bus Service' which calls at all the main Roman sites passes our front door or alternatively I can drop you off at a specific location on request.
