This newly refurbished, beautifully appointed cottage with 3 upstairs bedrooms has a cosy sitting room with an original range cooker and a farmhouse style kitchen. It boasts stunning views of the magnificent Northumberland countryside.
Sleeping up to 6 people, it is well-stocked with luxurious fittings and appliances; sleeping accommodation comprises 1 double bedroom, 1 twin/double room and 1 family room with bunk beds.
The local area is perfect for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and general sight-seeing; there is a huge variety of activities from fly fishing to water sports and a newly opened observatory at Kielder for the star gazers among us.

Road Directions
Bus networks are operated by Snaith’s Travel and the buses 808 and 354 can take you to Newcastle from the village shop. From Newcastle Central Station, take Metro to Haymarket Bus Station then take Munro’s of Jedburgh/131 to Otterburn, take same bus if arriving from Newcastle Airport.
Public Transport Directions
From the A1 at Newcastle take the A696 to Ponteland/Jedburgh. Follow for roughly 30-40 minutes until you reach Otterburn. Bankfoot Cottage is on right as you enter the village.
