The garden is located between Corbridge and Hexham on the A695.
- Approaching from Corbridge, turn right onto the A695 immediately after crossing the River Tyne and left about 300 yards after the level crossing.
- Approaching from Hexham on the A695, turn right just before the bridge over the Devil's water.
- The lane is marked with a sign 'Dilston Physic Garden'
Nearest station is Corbridge Station. Bus service to Dilston available from Hexham and Corbridge (no 695 and 602).
