We have an unrivalled range of places to sail along our spectacular 80 mile shoreline.

You'll be able to take to the water in the spectacular surroundings of the county's unspoilt and wildlife-rich coast.

You can launch out from our colourful and lively coastal towns and fishing villages with safe anchorage spots for small craft and welcoming yacht clubs. The largest facilities can be found at Amble Marina which has 270 berths.

Blyth South Beach, Low Newton, near Embleton, Beadnell Bay and Spittal Beach near Berwick, are all easy to get to by road.

Going inland there's the pristine waters of Kielder Water and Forest Park, Northern Europe's largest manmade lake which is perfect for inland sailing.
