A parkland golf course. 6160 yards long par 71 in the Coquet Valley with wonderful views of the Cheviot Hills, Simonside Hills and Cragside. It has just been extended to 18 holes and the first five are interesting and challenging as they gradually ascend along the contours to the highest part of the course at tee hole seven. The club benefits from a new clubhouse with a large decking area looking up the valley. There is also a practice field and practice bunkers.

Road Directions
From Newcastle take the A1 north then the A697 until turning off onto the B6344 into Rothbury. Turn 1st left onto Bridge Street and immediately turn right after crossing the bridge. Entrance to golf club is on the right part the new hospital.
