This 3rd floor apartment (access by lift from car park to front door) is owned by Border Holiday Homes, and has stunning views over the harbour.

The Apartment

Furnished in contemporary style to a high standard the flat has French oak flooring, oak worktops and a smart decor. The conversion from a flour mill can seen in the feature iron pillars n in the flat. The historic arched windows also date from its earlier days, though these are now modern double glazed. The lounge area has new leather furniture carefully positioned so that the guests have harbour views and can watch the ships loading. The dining table is usually set for dinner and all crockery and cook ware is provided.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a cosy dinner for two. There is a dishwasher and a useful washing machine with dryer, Starter supplies of tea, ground coffee, sugar and cleaning items are included for guest's use

Both bedroom and lounge have Smart TVs. Bed linen for the king size bed is provided together with fluffy towels for the shower room. In the walk-in shower or when using the marble wash basin, enjoy underfloor heating, and an integral radio.

Berwick is a superb location for exploring the beautiful coasts of Scotland and Northumberland. Alnwick and Bamburgh castes, Holy Island and the picturesque beach of Coldingham are a short drive away. The Lammermuirs and Cheviots are great for walking. Edinburgh and Newcastle are easily visited by train in 45 minutes.

Cycling

There are lots of superb cycle paths from Berwick including the National route 76, and the new path Sandstone Way. www.visitberwick.com/sport-activities/cycling is packed with information

Secure undercover parking for bikes

As the flat is on one level & has lift access, it is suitable for the less mobile. Our five other properties are pet friendly.

Car Parking

Guests' car has an undercover reserved parking space reached through the remote controlled gates. Just a few minutes from the A1 or Berwick's mainline station, Mill Wharf makes an ideal holiday base.
