Check-in for night(s)

Felmoor Park opened in July 2010. The park is located in the heart of Northumberland and close to all of the areas attractions. The park has been designed and constructed to the highest standard while retaining the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside.

Set in 40 acres of woodland we have Scandinavian log cabins and static caravans available to purchase or rent. The majority of our log cabins have panoramic views over the lake for those peaceful nights. Imagine enjoying a glass of chilled wine while your relaxing on the veranda on a warm summers evening.

When it comes to Northumberland self catering accommodation you would be hard pressed to find a more tranquil setting so be prepared to relax and forget your daily workload because by choosing Felmoor Park you will get a real feel for the natural beauty of the area. If you think other Northumberland accommodation is good be prepared to experience something a little special.

As an additional benefit to our guests, we have arranged discounted rates at Burgham Park and Morpeth golf courses. There are also over 20 other golf courses within a 30 minute drive as well as walking, cycling and horse riding so you will be spoilt for choice.

We also have homes that are pet friendly so why not treat yourself to a luxury break.

Pros and cons

Craig_Hindmarch, Durham, United Kingdom
We stayed at Felmoor park and thought the cedar log cabin and its surroundings were very nice indeed for a chilled, relaxing weekend. There was a nice welcome pack when we arrived which was a very nice touch. The actual cabin and location were very good. However, we were having a few drinks on the Friday and rather than being asked politely or just having a word with us regarding noise we were told that police would be coming to escort us from site if we continued??Bearing in mind this was around half 11 we didn't even consider nor realise ourselves being too noisy as there were only 4 of us having a chat.We are all adults and very reasonable people so we were quite unsure as to why this was the case when it could have easily been resolved. After this we immediately went inside. The following day when attempting to open the the hot tub one of the small attachments snapped and when we opened the tub this subsequently broke off. We tried to inform the staff who come around every morning to maintain the hot tubs but she stood with her back to my friend when he was speaking which is extremely ignorant regardless of the situation . Very inconsiderate and no manners what so ever. I appreciate that the handle had broke but it was a genuine accident on our part and we felt it was the right thing to do to inform the staff. As a whole we really enjoyed our weekend as we don't let things like this affect our break, but i really don't know where the staff get there arrogance and petulance from.

stayed in cherrywood lodge well from the minute we got there till we left had a great time just chilling. place was spotless and great size cabin en suite in master bedroom which was good. hot tub was amazing. its was that good we are booked up for the summer 2017 and new year 2017 loved the place that much.

Andrea M,
Was looking to book this checked prices on Internet given a cost of 238. Went to book next day was a different price so called & was told a problem with website it had been updated. So refreshed web & booked new cost of 278. Paid in full. Recieved confirmation email. 10 mins later revived a call stating wrong price & wanting another 130 off me. Said you can't do that asked for manager who she said she was . & was basically told either pay or cancel. Not willing to pay anything else as already been quoted & paid so this is my consumer right ! Very very unhappy lady. Certainly not good customer service

Felmoor Park replied: We are sorry for this glitch in our system, the price was incorrect and the website fault was out of our control. However the money was refunded straight away and the pricing issues resolved. We apologise again for any inconvenience

Cheviot Lodge

Daniel G,
This is the second time that I've stopped in Cheviot Lodge and yet again it's lived up to expectations. We decided to come for my wife's birthday and you can't help but love Lesley and Alan's attention to detail. We briefly mentioned that we would be returning for my wife's birthday on our last visit and when we arrived, we found lots of birthday treats and birthday decorations. I really can't find any fault with the accommodation, they have literally thought of every eventuality including slip mats on the decking to prevent sliding in the rain. I would definitely recommend and this won't be our last visit. The Goodall's

New year R&R

We stayed in Pinewood lodge supplies by welcome bear luxury lodges and the lodge itself was fantastic, it had absolutely every thing you could possible need for a comfy stay. Amazingly well, equipped and the hot tub on the decking really finished it off and even in January was used pretty much each evening! The park itself doesn't have much to do on site but it's very pretty to walk around and trek through the woods it is also a prefect base to see some of the stunning surrounding areas, warkworth castle was my personal favourite. The staff in site are friendly and helpful and the tall dark girl in the bar had a smile for everyone which always makes sitting having a drink more enjoyable. We were a family of five, with three grown up children and all five of us enjoyed every second. Can't wait for my next visit
