This holiday cottage is based alongside the magnificent dunes and harbour of Beadnell Bay, the only west facing harbour on the East Coast of Britain.

GROUND FLOOR
Comprises the lounge, kitchen, dining area and a cloak room which leads out onto the enclosed garden.

FIRST FLOOR
Comprises a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedded room and a family bathroom.

FACILITIES
Dune Den has electric storage heating throughout. This holiday cottage is compact and well presented for ease of living with stylish pebbled electric fire, Digital T.V and DVD player and washer/dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. Parking is available on the driveway to the front of cottage. Bed linen and towels are provided.
