Dog friendly restaurant and hotel

karenhA8201AU, Nottingham, United Kingdom
We stopped off on our way back to our holiday home after a morning out. Great find for food and a place we could sit and relax with our dog. The food didn't disappoint, very nice and freshly prepared. Good value for money. Will be back and may stay over as they accommodate people traveling with dogs too.

Dog friendly place

Kath M,
2 night stay with our 2 dogs. Friendly and helpful staff. Large comfy room which was spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent. Food served in bar was fabulous. Would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone with dogs to stay.

Great food and service

Aminah_Ford,
Arrived here after finishing the pilgrimage to Lindersfarne a couple of miles away. Friendly staff and great food. Michael the barman/waiter was great and all of the staff were attentive. Didn't stay for the night but would definitely recommend the restaurant!

No the most comfortable stay

500nige, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom
Stayed 3 nights as a couple - room clean and tidy, mattresses in need of replacement.. Need to take care next time to be further away from main building (rooms are in a 2 storey annexe. Extractor fan from kitchen discharges close to the first few first floor rooms. Request rooms from no. 8 to no. 16, especially a first floor as then you get a view. Breakfast here is good for the price, evening meals can be bettered at other venues off the A1.

Each visit has been more than OK

Sandy S, Dumfries, United Kingdom
Sunday Lunch - roast beef, pork, turkey breast with veg, Yorkshire, roast and boiled potatoes for under £10 is a good deal. The meal was cooked well & the slices of meat moist. Service was fast and friendly. Couldn’t fault it, unlike some other reviewers.
