Free Family Fun this February

This February half term Wallington and Cragside, are inviting visitors in for free to kick-start their 2012 season. Wallington in Cambo and Cragside in Rothbury are both waiving their admission charges to the house and estate between 11-19 February* so that visitors can come and enjoy two free days out in the heart of Northumberland during half term.

In addition to exploring the estate and visiting the houses at Wallington and Cragside, something Wallington has never done during the first school holiday of the year, there are special activities planned for families. Visitors to Cragside can get hands on and investigate the wonder of water, just like Cragside’s creator Lord Armstrong and over at Wallington, from Monday 13 – Friday 17 February, visitors can celebrate the start of spring with wildlife themed art and craft activities.
