Great B&B Lovely host

bill m, Lanark, United Kingdom
Stayed at this B&B for two nights and would have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic B&B to any persons visiting this area of Northumberland. Anne, the host went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant and her breakfasts are a great way to start your day. It is a very pleasant and peaceful area and in a great location to enjoy a walk or cycling holiday in this part of north Northumberland. We would have no hesitation in staying at this farmhouse again

Peace and Quiet of the country

This is a very good BnB. Very good facilities and a very nice host and two lovely labs. Breakfast was very good. This is very close to Holy Island and not far from Bamburgh. There is a pub two minutes drive away for dinners.

Brock Mill Farmhouse replied: Thank you for your review. We are really pleased that you enjoyed our hospitality. As you say it is a beautiful area and some nice places to eat nearby.

Fantastic B&B

Megan A,
My mum and I stayed at Brockmill Farmhouse for 3 nights in May and what an absolutely lovely place it is. Anne was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Our room was very big with a separate corridor and bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and we were offered a wide variety of different breakfast food and fresh coffee/tea. Anne also gave us some good recommendations for restaurants in the surrounding area. I would certainly recommend this lovely place to anyone thinking of visiting the area and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Friendly B&B and Campsite

Mims56, Penzance, United Kingdom
Just home from a visit to Northumberland with son and daughter-in-law staying at Brock Mill Farmhouse, Beal. I stayed in campervan with dog whilst son and wife stayed in B&B in farmhouse. Friendly hosts made our stay very enjoyable. They had a lovely double room, the breakfasts were very good, even let me in too for veggie breakfasts when they had room, and just a short drive to Holy Island. Campsite small but all the better for it. Fantastic area and a decent pub just up the road for evening meals etc. Really enjoyed our stay there and can recommend.

Kind host, lovely warm house, and a great breakfast

Westwell, London
Anne certainly went the extra mile before we'd even reached Brock Mill by picking us up from Holy Island on a busy Bank Holiday Monday shortly before the tide came in, (there were no buses that day). We'd just finished St Cuthbert's Way over four days, and Brock Mill was an excellent place to spend our last night in Northumberland. It's a handsome house, clean and warm, and Anne is really welcoming, taking the time and trouble to watch out for our taxi when it arrived to take us to The Potted Lobster in Bamburgh for dinner that evening. Her tasty breakfast the following morning really set us up for the train back to London. As sat in her lovely walled garden the night before with a mug of tea, a steam train chugged past pulling around a dozen carriages. There were sheep in the field beyond. It was a lovely scene.
