Are your priorities warm hospitality, spacious accommodation, a unique location and unparalleled coastal views? If they are then Beach Court, our beloved honey-stone, turreted ‘castle on the beach’ (with its nearby gems such as Bamburgh Castle, Harry Potter’s Alnwick Castle, The Alnwick Garden, The Holy Island of Lindisfarne and The Farne Islands) is waiting to welcome you. As our houseguests we offer you a friendly, relaxed, informal atmosphere where the tide laps gently under your snug (occasionally purring) window seats. Here we have a total absence of rigid restrictive rules and mix ‘n’ match, modern, minimalist mania. Our Aladdin’s Cave awaits you! To ensure that you have a memorable stay with us, PLEASE BEFORE BOOKING do call Carole on 01665 720225 or 07703 555125 as we'd like you to feel certain that our quirky home (where the time stopped sometime in the 60's) is right for you!

Fantastic Accommodation

Jeinir, Wolverhampton, United Kingdom
This was a fantastic few days break made more special by the musical evenings as directed to by Carol and Russ; both were extremely welcoming hosts. It's an ideal location to explore the local and surrounding area. We really couldn't fault it and would recommend to anybody. Thank you Carol and Russ.

A fantastic stay as always

This is the most wonderful location, both for the fabulous home of Carol and Russ where we stay and also for the stunning coastal scenery. We are drawn back time and time again. Fabulous accommodation, wonderful breakfasts and our two dogs and ourselves are always made so welcome.

Fantastic Location!

wendavey, Stockton-on-Tees
We are regulars to Beadnell, loving the quiet sandy bay and recently stayed at Beach Court for five nights. We have wanted to stay there ever since discovering the house was a B&B and finally made it in July 2015. The location is picture postcard perfect, situated a road's width from the beach, and offering fantastic views of the whole bay. You could never tire of the view or the many walks we took around the bay, and the neighbouring ones at Embleton and Newton. We stayed in the Cheviot suite, the larger of the available rooms, with a sofa, chairs, fridge and nicely appointed bathroom with jacuzzi, huge bed and our very own turret, although to be honest we rarely went up there. If there was a frustration is was the poor shower which was a mixer tap and on the weak side - this and the the sloping roof meant several bangs on the head! The owners Carole and Russ were perfect, friendly hosts with a breadth of local knowledge that you would expect after over 25 years of running Beach Court, and the breakfasts were tremendous - nothing too much trouble and a great choice. Carole is great entertainment at breakfast, loving to chat about your plans for the day, offering tips, and sharing a little about the history of the house. A couple of mornings we sat long after breakfast chatting with her and the other couple staying at the same time which was very enjoyable. Both Carole and Russ are keen musicians, so expect a particularly warm welcome if this is one of your interests too. Beach Court is pet friendly, with an outside aviary meaning we often woke to the sound of cooing doves than the raucous cry of gulls. Loved our stay!

Another stay

Yet again we didn't stay long enough and were reluctant to leave . It's home from home . Waking up and taking a early morning stroll along the beech , once an appetite has been worked up the dogs rinsed and dried , it's time to over fill on one of Carole's fab breakfasts and enjoy Carole's company as she serves it . Carole and Russell have been running the B&b for years and give a warm welcome in to their home , and are true animal lovers . If you enjoy a quirky place to stay with friendly hosts in a fab location this is a must . Next years visit is already organised see you in 2016 x 🐾🐾
